Our cars were mostly meant for those steamy hot summer evenings with them being almost convertable? I can relate to the original post by ZNut and what he is saying but there is a conflict IMO..... The car runs better at a time when you have to take it easier. how frustrating is that? :headvswal

Sorry to hear this john but i do know where you are coming from mate. I have been spending a lot more time on the other side just of late. I cant criticise anyone on this site because I think they are mostly a great bunch but the friendliness and helpfulness seems to have depleted somewhat? IMO.

When I got my MG ZT in '03 april I got the number " M6 RVR" for it It cost me just under £700 all in. I offered it to regtransfers who offered me £400. I sold it this year for £800. as I had given the car back to rover finance.

No offence taken BTW..... :D Was that all inclusive bud? I will also include the plates themselves which is another saving of around £30. All in all the plate cost me (Approx BTW) £395 + transfers and VAT and I had the plates made up all came to around £530. I could dig the paperwork out but its a real pain in the butt where its all kept.

I aint got a clue its all chinese to me all this psi boost and all. I am learning and finding it all interesting none the less. I was told by the bloke i got the car from that its running 400BHP at the wheels? I got into deep 5hit on the day I posted that info. So I aint going there again. I want to put it on a rolling road soon to see the real figures. I have learned though. That the equipment it has got (the ECU and other after market bits and bobs) are produced by IMPUL who seem to be a japanese racing company that normally upgrade Skylines. We will see...................... I wont be dissapointed if the outcome is a low BHP coz at the end of the day I am very happy with the car as it is. :D So far with my Z Tech thingy I managed a respectable 0-60 in 4.7 secs.

When And Where Is It On?

As some will know I was aselling my bike? I placed it on Ebay and with only one day left out of the seven the t055ers removed it for spamming. That threw a spanner in the works I had 19 bids up to my asking £1500 and 37 watchers. Anyway I relisted it for one day to allow the former bidders to rebid. Not a chance. They may have seen me as a bit dodgy or something? But I was going to put it on yet again and after spending an hour rewriting my advert Ebay went Kerput! and all was lost. I am taking this as an omen and am going to keep the bike now. Some things are better not ignored in this world....................... :x:

It shouldnt be hard to wire a switch into the central locking system anyway. Just find the right lead from the trigger inside the door and latch onto it the switch should be easy to locate under the mirror but what about the security issue?
