It does not say that in the link, it says the vehicle has to be of a type that needs to have a valid MOT to transfer the number. And I can assure you IT DOES need a valid MOT to transfer a number from any vehicle that is of a type that requires a MOT' Read it again:wink:

I left school in 1983 and live in the Notts mining area so I have my own opinions. This sums it up for me without getting all hot under the collar.
