I completely agree Si, in my opinion my sadly missed black TT looked perfect with just impul skirts fitted, other than that pretty much standard except the small vents on the bonnet.

Luckily these sorts of modified/mutilated cars are few and far between now. Still don't understand why David blunkitt and Stevie wonder went into modifying cars.

Went to fit a set of wheels today, opened the boot and to my surprise the tool kit holder is missing all the tools! No jack, jack winder, tyre iron and one wheel chock missing. Has anyone got a spare set cheap please.

Its worth going to one of the few experienced mechanics we have on here mate, you know their names, if not check the trader area. Don't rely on any old garage or apparent gearbox specialist as you will probably be paying them to learn.
