  1. Hi Dave What phone/routing sw are you using and how do you rate it? Steve :)
  2. Just installed this on my Smart Phone and it looks great for a freebie. Just got to get a GPS receiver now  Steve :)
  3. Mine's been off for about 18 months with no visible problems. I really can't see how heat from underneath the bonnet can change the paint when the underside of the bonnet and engine bay is not affected. I'm fairly sure that it's mainly due to sun damage on the top side  Steve :)
  4. LOL - I only saw 4 Zeds in 2 weeks and 2400 mile of driving over there! Where were they all hiding? Steve :)
  5. Went to do the vid today but my camera lens was covered in drips from the fooking rain! Steve :)
  6. I'm going to try and get there Jay - will let you know tomorrow for sure! Steve :)
  7. Welcome bud - very nice looking car! Hope to see you at some of the SE meets.. CheerZ Steve :)
  8. Sorry you couldn't make this one David. Hope the illness is nothing too serious bud! Steve :)
  9. Many thanks to everyone who made it (or tried to get there ;) ). It took me a hour and a half to get home compared with the four hours to get there  Still it was worth it to meet some new faces and see some lovely looking Zeds  I'll stick up my pics and video when I get home later today... We'll try this again and hopefully get some better weather/less traffic problems! CheerZ Steve :)
  10. Sorry Mark - only just noticed your question when I linked this for Vini :slap: The sender is electrical mate - those are electrical terminals. It came with the gauge bud - Avanti (now sold as "Fast & Furious") gauges.. HTH Steve :)
  11. For the oil pressure sender, you may find this thread useful ;) HTH Steve :)
  12. Welcome Nick. I second Chunk on your fine choice of colour  Steve :)
  13. It's a 2 hour trip for me Jay so I'll be leaving mine at about 11am. Where would be a good place to hook up do you think? I'll either come down the A3/A31 or the M3.. CheerZ Steve :)
  14. Looks great Dave. Glad you've got the faith again bud! :D Steve :)
  15. It's always worked well for me! IIRC there was an issue with some Jap imports and certain speed delimiters/convertors causing problems with the HICAS many moons ago.. Steve :)
  16. Great news Stuart - see you there! Steve :)
  17. LOL - waiting for your call Jay
  18. LOL - I considered using heat shrink but my ineptness and visions of a melted tube steered me to the quick and dirty route :D Steve :)
  19. My boost gauge uses the same tube you've got and it fits inside the T piece. I've siliconed and taped it in place to ensure there are no leaks and it stays put. Has been fine for well over a year so far! HTH Steve :)
  20. Right then, meeting up on Saturday from 1pm. Many thanks to martinfa for the info and the multimap link... Dean Park Hotel 41 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6NB http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?pc=BH26NB&title=Dean+Park+Hotel&cat=hot If anyone needs to contact me (running late, lost, broken down etc..) my mobby is 07977 431401. CheerZ Steve :)
  21. Mine is teed into the pipe to the right of the balance bar and you already have a T piece here  Not sure what this T is connected to... Did your gauge not come with a T Piece? Steve :)
  22. I've PM'd Martinfa to see if he's got any recommendations. Will post up place and time later today with directions! CheerZ Steve :)
  23. LOL - subtle! Happy birthday bud :D Steve :)
  24. This is the official Nissan blurb about the HICAS system. From what you've said, it really depends on the sharpness of the corner. I don't think that it sounds directly HICAS related though... HTH Steve
  25. Looking good Jimbo :D Look forward to seeing 'em on the car Steve :)
