Yep, should be easy Vijay. The only slightly fiddly part is setting a compatible IP address for each PC manually. Just make one 192.168.1.1 and the other 192.168.1.2 and they should see each other ok via the crossover. CheerZ Steve :)

The SSID I'm referring to is effectively a wireless access point. Sorry for the confusion fellas - I really should know more about this as I design and install networks for a living :slap: Steve :) PS. Thanks for the offer of help Dave - I'll see how I get on tomorrow! :)

Thanks for the replies fellas! I've looked into this further today and have ordered a wireless repeater. I'll try the SSID rename tomorrow morning as they are indeed showing as 2 seperate networks on the first PC and the second SSID does allegedly have a repeater mode :cool: CheerZ Steve :)
