Aha! Woman ploy no78! Start something so it looks really annoying, then sit back and let the other half do it. It's the equivalent of when we ask you to do the washing up and you deliberately chip our favourite cup.

I suppose you always have to be vigilant where the public is concerned. There was a slightly strange looking bloke eyeing up our picnic. But you're gonna get that wherever you go. Same in a pub car park. At least there were enough of us there to be watchful and look out for each others cars. It was great to meet some people from further afield as well as catching up with familiar faces. One central big meet a year would be a great idea.

I think the thought of missing out on such a great day literally gave me the strength to get myself in gear and get down there - still on a high today!!

I suppose you only find out how good a breakdown company is until you need em, and you only find what gaps are in your coverage when you need that particular service. Shame your car chose that day to play up
