  1. Thank you :) easy choice to go for rota grids. Not like it's a bad wheel just it's too easy. I really wanted 3pc and a dead simple 5 spoke. Nearly got some azev's but saw these and had to have em. This is on the car they came off...
  2. With tyres and posted £400. Tyres are nearly new. I'd say a good deal? Offset should be 33 and 38 but until I get them I can't be 100000% sure
  3. Federals yeah. Any good? Not the most expensive but seem ok? I paid enough ;) need my old wheels gone now unless I keep as a winter set
  4. what does everyone think? ill get some pics when they come on Thursday. 235/40/18 on front and 265/35/18 on rears. not too sure on offset. full 3pc wheel. need a bit of work but with tyres i got them at a right steal!
  5. LOVE your rear end... (not like that!!!)
  6. so get one without and put your own in :)
  7. Nobody mentioned having to take my pants down!
  8. Cheers :) I might have a bash this weekend if its not too cold! Do I need to get the perspex panel new or are they on any other Zed's like the N/A's? (am I right in saying mine with it being a TT is just a TT OEM spoiler)
  9. Morning all I have the OEM foamy type spoiler on my Zed which I would quite like to remove for a cleaner look. I know how to remove this... im just wondering what im going to be left with after and how easy it will be to fill all the holes etc and any panel gaps that are created. I think there are 6 holes that are created? do these need spot welding or can they be fillered? (I dont want anything to be a bodge) And then do I need a perspex panel for above the rear light panel? All help is greatly appreciated :) (as well as sarcasm :p)
  10. That's right yowser- ancillary belt is what I'm on about. Cheers guys. Sounds exactly right, bearing gone n shaft has gone doolally! . I'm picking up tonight so I'll report back!
  11. greaat cheers. Literally got about half a mile down the road absolutely loving the new noise, heard a bang and then a slapping. turned engine straight off. Was actually thankfull it wasnt oil pouring out as that would have been trouble! Turns out the slapping noise was when the pump went the pulley went all cockeyed moving the belo and the belt had been strimmed by the fan which was then catching on a lower pulley. Just took the belt off and tied up the fan to stop it trying to spin and left it a few hours before driving another half mile. how can I tell if they have used an OEM pump or Patent one? apart from the impellor size is there anything external I can look at?
  12. Hi All my water pump decided to eat itself at the weekend so it needs replacing. ive dropped it at a garage to do that I know as I spent ALL weekend on it putting divorced downpipes on n full japspeed stuff back. he has said itll be - 120 labour 68 for pump and 15-20 for belt. All sounds about right to me I just wanted to check. I would usually do this but I REALLY cant be bothered especially with the state my hands are in from doing the driver side top bolts on the turbo elbows. gotta be a bloody contortionist to do em!!
  13. Absolutely sterling answer :) Think mines had a chipped ecu or something as it's running about .8 bar (11.8 psi?) peaks and holds at 8 too so I wouldn't think boost jets
  14. That's what I thought but then I was having second thoughts about the reading of the 2nd lambda...
  15. simple question really.... i keep getting mixed answers lol cheers! J
  16. paid £150 for everything too! :D
  17. just as an FYI.... if anyone wants the exhaust thats on mine at the minute its all theirs for another bargain ;) looks like a mongoose jobby. cat back with (if anyone wants them) some DIY decats.... which consist of me heating up the cats and smashing the insides out :D
  18. haha Well I wanted to get peoples tongues wagging ;)
  19. downpipes.... the lot! I was expecting this to shoot up to be honest. How much do these usually go second hand for as a full job lot?
