  1. Not good, Ok I.ll just say now thank you for yor help and push my luck on another question ;) and that is where would I mount the oil cooler?? I guess the small radiator already there is for the air-con.
  2. Right, just looked. You are correct I have these two pipes. So.... err... What do I do now?? :(
  3. Yeah, sorry jap auto tt. I have a small radiator in front of the main one, Is this the one youre talking about?
  4. I tried a search and read somethimg about issues with the transmission cooler. But I presume that is oil cooled and therefore on a seperate system.
  5. Hi guys, Ok, I've got an aftermarket radiator that I want to swap with the current standard one. I was just wondering if it will be a straight swap. I am aware that the top mounts won't fit, but am unsure if there are any problems with anything else. Any help will be appreciated, cheers.

Hi Alan, sounds good for next Sunday, although still not 100% on it. It would be really good to meet up with some other zeds!! I haven't seen another since I bought mine (1 and a half years ago!!!!). I'll let you know about next Sunday though, what sort of time are you thinking?
  7. Hotels???? Form??? I think somones getting tired! Lol
  8. But if the slam panel has to be fitted it defeats the point of the weight saving holes, eh???? Lol

Thanks for that, now wheres my heat gun?? ;)
  10. No, the one with holes will disrupt the airflow, cause too much drag and slow the 0-60 time ;)

That sounds good, retrim is slow, panels have been trimmed before and its taking just as long to clean the panels up as it is to recover them. I'm cutting the patterns myself, managed to buy a full hide (fairly cheap, I think) from a guy 5 minutes away. Hardest panels so far are the two between the centre console and the dash. Quite a strech on the leather. But bit by bit getting there. Did you buy a kit??

Sorry to hijack the thread, but where abouts are you two. I'm at Swaffham (lucky me). Fired mine up today, first time since November, fired straight away. Running good :o A half hour blast about and the addiction is back!!! Now upstairs attempting to leather the interior panels. :)
  13. Ok, cool. Just unable to check on the car at the moment and wasn't sure if someone in the past was being lazy!!! Thanks guys. Now you said that, am I right in thinking theres an oval shaped plastic cover fitted on the belt that slots into this hole? Sorry Mark, slow typing by me ;) Cheers.
  14. Ok, I'm halfway through leathering (is that a word?) the interior, due to one of the previous owners deciding that it was a good idea to "paint" all of the vinyled surfaces in the car..... It wasn't. Anyway, when stripping down the door cards I find that where the seatbelt goes through the doorcard there is a cut in the seam to allow the seatbelt to be slid out. As I am unable to check on the car itself, what I would like to know is, is the cut supposed to be there or can I fix it and still thread the seatbelt through afterwards? Cheers
  15. To be honest, I probably cant make it, mate. But if theres a change of plan, I'll come along.
  16. Im with sureterm direct too, mods declared and they cost me about a third of flux's best offer. I used to use adrain flux without fail and still get my first quotes there, just out of habit. But it seems that their prices have have gradually gone up over the last one or two years.
