  1. True, but there is nothing stopping a subscribed member putting an email address or contact number in their adverts if you want to open it up to registered users ;) Same with For Sale adverts.
  2. I hope its not the "Car Scrapage Scheme Special"?
  3. Another monster engine is born thanks to phil :) Looks the ace barry!
  4. bump - could be a busy one. 38 cars registered so far
  5. At a guess I would say there is at least £1000 worth of work that needs doing. If you got it, do it. If not, try selling it but you wont get much im afraid. It is repairable so it would be a shame to scrap it.
  6. Its has to ALIENS for me. nothing has come close for action packed sci-fi adventure!
  7. Yep thats the right size mate. Had nexen's on my standard wheels and were a damn good tyre for a cheap brand ;)
  8. Happy birthday dave :duffer:
  9. Both are nice mate, but I prefer the 5 spoke 19's on zed :)
  10. There is always the fibreglass option that most people go for. http://www.zcentre.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=21_22_27&products_id=81 OR you could go with the 99 spec spoiler although it does require more work http://www.zcentre.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=21_22_27&products_id=300 Fitting the fibreglass version will get rid of the OEM problems of bubbling, cracking and filling with water. Pete
  11. LOL! I never saw that either. I'm guessing that will be the Audi TT Owners Club
  12. Probably gonna plan for hartside cafe again next. Just have a brew at the cafe and head to the pub down the road for lunch :)
  13. ¡sɹnǝʇɐɯɐ ʇsnɾ ǝɹɐ sʎnƃ noʎ ¡ɥɐq :)
  14. Well i suppose its better everyone takes the p1ss and then i get it right rather than i get it wrong and then everyone takes the p1ss :D
  15. ok i feel alot better about putting shorter nuts on now. Hopefully, the "slick master" has 10 spare ;) cheers guys :D
  16. bump. Just the two then?
  17. Ok im sold guys :) Why on earth do they send nuts that are longer than the spacer. what a PITA! I wonder if its because the nuts are made from alloy rather than something stronger.
  18. LOL! ok fair play mate :) You got PM ;)
  19. LOL! My question was would a 15mm wheel nut be safe? Not can it be done pete
  20. Well you would have thought that is what would come with the kit wouldnt you. Is there enough threads on a 15mm nut for it to be considered safe?
  21. They do mate, but the spacers are 15mm thick and the tapered nuts are 22mm in length. So ive got 7mm of nut + whatever on top for the stud protruding from the spacer which the alloy wheel is sitting on so it wont go flat against the spacer. The wheel isnt touching the stud, its touching the nut
  22. Sorry, its not the studs mate. its the edge of the nuts themselves that the alloys are touching  only about 2mm on every nut. The cut-outs on the alloys will allow for protruding studs, but not the nuts.
  23. Already tried that, but my alloys dont have a cut-out large enough for the protruding nuts and stud. That's right folks, ive got a brand new set of 15mm H&R bolt-on hubcentric spacers coming up for sale soon.
