  1. The new ones are a couple mm open and they do rattle. I have replaced mine a couple times with no joy to cure smoking issue. So just replaced turbos and is all good
  2. Thats why you need a heat. Just idle a car or go for a drive if you dont have a blow torch
  3. Lots of wd40 and heat will help. Access is no problem broken studs will be a big problem. So just take your time

  13. 5 years is a life time for cambelt acording to nissan. Mine was last time replaced 6 years ago and only done 3k. For the piece of mind i replaced it. Easy job would say half a day if you take your time. Cambelt itself is cheap (about 55£) but if you need tensioner water pump and all pulleys it will be a lot :)
