I swapped a processor on my pc from Athlon 1333 to Athlon XP2400, was running windows xp pro and it blue screened me. I had to put in the cdrom and repair the installation..... The bios seemed to pick up the new cpu fine and dandy though :D Just a thought.

They have a lot of that on bikes. Notably the supersport 600 boys run them. It is said to create air turbulance and help cool them faster in theory.................. ;)

I have seen some rotors with a narrow, square edge slot in them, and I have seen them with a radiused groove in them (ball nose cutter)

OK which type of brake rotor do you feel is best? Is it best for looks? Is it best for performance? What are all your views? Many thanks, Rob.

take rad cap off when it's cool. fill up any water that has gone. start engine up with rad cap off. iff there is a constant stream of bubbles in the coolant, chances are the gasket has gone :( :mac1:

That's ALWAYS a good idea. Get the salvage on your own property. If they hit you with storage charges that can equate to the value of the car because of all the faffing around done by insurance and salvage ppl and as someone else said, it doesn't look all that bad..... It's worth asking how much to buy the salvage back. Just my 2p...... Rob
