  3. I am in the middle of organising a charity fund raiser evening for the care home I work for, it's next Friday night, so really looking forward to that. Anyone who would like to attend it is £5.00 per ticket, and is being held at Whiston Labour Club Windy Arbour Road Whiston Merseyside. Hope we are going to get enough together to purchase a Juke Box for our young disabled unit. Any donations would be much appreciated too.......lol. If anyone has any unwanted gifts/presents and old greetings cards we reuse the cards and gifts we use as raffle prizes. My Paypal Address if anyone would like to make a donation is: - nissan300zx666@sky.com A receipt can be provided to anyone who makes a donation to show that anything received goes straight to our care home. Thanks to Daffy for being the first to donate.

  10. I think you are right bud, however I love my Navan spoiler as I never seen another one, pretty rare now I believe.
  11. I'm bumping this because a lot had read it before the fund raising evening was added.
  12. I would just like to say a big thank you to Daffy for his very kind donation, cheers buddy I assure you it really is much appreciated.
  13. I know what you mean about a diamond anniversary, I really feel as you do bud, a privilege to know this couple, unfortunately the gentleman has dementia but you can still see the love he has for his wife in his eyes, the windows to the soul.
  14. Yeah that's my Paypal buddy. Thanks for your trust too bud, I think most know me well enough by now to know I will do exactly what I say I will do. Thanks again buddy, I know if our residents could say a big thank you they would.
  15. There isn't a just giving page buddy, I must look into getting one up and running. I will quite happily take donations and get receipts to show any donations received are paid into the home, so that all donations are accounted for. Nissan300zx666@sky.com If anyone would like to donate. Like I say proof of any donations can be either put up on here or sent to the giver if they would prefer to get a receipt for it. The care home is called Hillside, and is a BUPA residential care home. BUPA is a non profit organisation. Please don't think that BUPA is loaded.....lol Bupa (originally, the British United Provident Association) was established in 1947 when 17 British provident associations joined together to provide healthcare for the general public. The original services offered by Bupa included private medical insurance, and eventually expanded to include privately run Bupa hospitals. Bupa had an initial registration of 38,000 when founded, but currently has over 14 million customers worldwide[2], and is the leading private health insurance provider in the UK. It was founded before the advent of the National Health Service (NHS) in 1947 as a provident organisation. Initially, it was purely a UK health insurance provider, offering policies to individuals, companies and other organisations. Over the years, it has diversified away from its core health insurance business and is now an international healthcare company with services that include travel insurance, health insurance, care homes, health assessments, occupational health services and hospitals. The firm is a private company limited by guarantee; it has no shareholders, and any profits (after tax) are reinvested in the business. As you can see BUPA was formed before the NHS, it ploughs all the money it receives back into the business, so is non profit. If we didn't collect donations our disabled residents would not be able to decorate their own rooms, they would not get out on trips of any kind, we pay for activities that can be done on site too, a couple of weeks back we had a birds of prey centre in to show the birds and give a talk about birds of prey, the residents loved it. We took residents to Manchester airport because they love aircraft, non of this would be possible without public donations, therefore our residents would just have to sit around all day doing nothing. We have just purchased a bingo machine out of donations, which gives both young and older residents an activity to look forward to. We have some profoundly disabled young and older residents that can not go out at all and donations pay for activities for them to do on site. We have a group that come in to read poetry to our dementia residents and bring pictures that we talk about, this helps dementia residents to remember things and talk about things they have done in the past, you have to see it to believe just how much they talk about just from looking at a picture. We even have a couple that have been married 60 years next year, donations help to let married couples stay together rather than being separated because one becomes ill.
  16. Cheers Gary, you are so right, I can't just sit around. Also in the middle of organising a charity fund raiser evening for the care home I work for, it's next Friday night, so really looking forward to that too. 17. Blinkin heck bud, if I had known you needed it we could have picked it up off Baz last night, and we will be down London way on Monday, I am sure we could have worked something out. Sorry bud.
  18. Has the NA ECU been chipped at all?
  19. lmao, I already have some of them.....
  20. Feels like it.....lmao. We have covered some mileage over the last couple of months.
  21. Keith (KJZ32) and I really do get about. Yesterday we left Keith's place at around 12:30. We went to see Mikey Bean in Doncaster to collect an exhaust and some clocks for Keith and I (Great to see you again Mike, and thanks for the much needed cuppa bud). From Doncaster we went to Leicester to see Baz to collect an engine for Keith (cheers Baz was good to see you and thanks for the tea). We then travelled to Derby to see Mark Derby to drop a drive shaft off for him, (good to see you buddy) your Zed is amazing. We then drove back to Keith's place where I picked up my car and drove home, getting back for 02:00 this morning. We start again on Monday, with a drive to Mark Freeman's place to collect our new shorty, then on to Ade's (gurteen0) to collect some bits from Ade. From Ade's we will drive to Wolverhampton to drop off some Nissan Stagea bits for Silverline. We will then drive to Keith's and I will again collect my car and drive home. We have covered some mileage in the last few months......lol. Thought you guys may like to know what we have been up to.
  22. Thanks to all who voted for my Zed to allow me to collect the runner up prize for best body kit.
