Have to agree. My wife is a solicitor and her advice is to seek legal advice before charging in to the garage all guns blazing. You may also need to get an engineers report to confirm that the damage was caused as you described.

I would personally get a 60k service done anyway on a new car, just to be on the safe side. I think most of the specialists on here do it for about £400.

My wheels were off a skyline and they fit fine but you will have to use a spigot ring to make up the difference in the centre bore.But these are only a couple of quid off ebay or most wheel companies..
