  10. can def hear the damn thing but i was told it should not run as it is it should reach pressure on idle then work at a lower speed so not sure i did think it could be a f***ed pump myself but got white smoke on tickover but not using any water and that was put down to fuel pump pushing to much fuel through so any ideas anyone

  13. most police forces now don't prosecute speeding up to 10 mph over speed limit because of the costs involved so if u were in a 30mph u should be fine but on average they have a month to process a ticket
  14. hi paul both headlights are wired seperate they have fuses in the box just behind the pass side headlight they also have 1 relay each plus a main dip beam relay my gues would be you have a loose wire somewhere
  15. hail greg i've just traced the wires connected to those damn sensors and they are wired to the alarm god knows what they do and after much searching around the vacuum pipe was disconected from from one of the air intake pipes got full turbo pressure now and better running cheers for the help guys
  16. i've just had a rear one done and they do knock out but u need to tak hub off to do it i was quite surprised nissan still do z studs for £2.50 plus vat each
  17. thanks for that jeff so to take these off do i need to reconnect the vucuum pipes at all?
  18. could be so another question where would the vacuum pipe connect to usually the pipe connects to the rear left of the engine by the balance bar
  19. your right i thought u were on about the vinyl tweed replacement kits i've also got the aluminium dash kit looks good qaulity not fitted it yet though
  20. just to add to identify this sensor i've just been out in zed with it connected and disconected the turbo boost pressure is a lot higher at lower revs with this sensor disconected, any ideas what it is anyone?
  21. hi martin i found you do need to trim them but most of the trimming can be done after vinyl has been folded over edges of panels, though with some panels u will need to cut to the edge like the original tweed so keep the old tweed handy, also it says with the kit use spray adhesive, thats prob not the best idea as you cant get even coverage on panels and can cause bubbles as i have found out on 2 of mine good old evo stick and a spreader is best option
  22. hi i've bought a white one for mine quality is good and all panels are cut about 5-10% bigger to allow for any positioning mistakes, i will say though it does take time to fit and some bits are very tricky but overall a good investment
  23. it's easy to find in to weston when you get to mcdonalds roundabout take a left follow road over railway bridge and it's up there somewhere we may be looking together lol
  24. not got a clue gregg there are 2 of them one each side both got 2 electrical connections one vacuum pipe connects to the balance bar the other 2 shoot off down by the side of the engine somwhere my mate has a j spec that has one of these fitted but not 2 like mine
