I have an auto ? But all i want to do at the moment is get the car running, co's at the moment it keeps blowing the No1 coil pack....

Guys i need help, my No1 coil pack keeps blowing, have put another one in this morning and started the car, within 3 mins the coil pack was red hot and blown, all the rest are fine. HELP. :headvswal :wack: I know someone must be able to help, co's im sure this aint the first time this has happend, i have searched the forum but cant find nothing...

Bringing this one back up again, as i have had trouble today? What i need to know is what colour cable to cut on the white block to insert the converter, i have an early 1990 Auto, i have conflicting information and i want to get this cleared up..... :headvswal

Has anyone used one of these, its a CK-UN-09 (speed converter/delimiter) 5 wire type but you dont use the grey wire, i have just bought one and want to know if its ok before i fit it, the instructions seem straight forward, i have just got to cut the L.brown/blue wire on the white plug on the back of the speedo cluster and put this unit in line, and hey presto, or am i just dreaming??? you thoughts would be good.

The front plate will change this weekend for a smaller one, and if anyone is intrested i might be selling the wheels, they are 17" and thats about all i know at this monent in time i will have to have a closer look, ther is some manufactures name on them ???? Have just got my spedo and delimiter, its a CK-UN-09, Tha 5 wire one (but u only use 4), am hoping it dont give grief to anything else, was wondering if to take some pics wen i do the install and get it posted up for future.

I noticed that there is a small pipe that Tee's off the exhaust, what do you do with that pipes?

After picking my new Zed up on friday, i have spent 3 days going over it with a fine tooth comb (cant use it on me head ? nothing to comb), and have a few questions for you good looking, very inteligent peeps on this wonderfull forum. Hope that was sufficent cos i ain't ass licking anymore. I bought the car knowing i had to replace the center prop bearing, but the more i drive the car the less it seems to vibrate??? i know the car has been standing for some time (18months in a garage in japan) then it came to the uk last october, and the guy that had it also didnt use it, he has only just registerd it (1st jan 05). so i am going to leave it a while before i do anything to the prop. next question :- With the engine ticking over there is a gurgling noise coming from the drivers side, at the back of the engine bay near the A pillar, and when i disconnect the vacume pipe it stops on that side. it seems to be comming from under the top of the wing????? any ideas? Next question :- when you replace the cats with the complete front system each side is there anything that has to be done to the ECU, or anything else???? :bow: Sorry about all these questions but if you dont ask you will never know anything, not that i do anyway :wack: Thanks in advance peeps

Yer, i know its most prob been asked B4, but is it possible to change the center bearing without a propper ramp, ie on 4 axle stands, and without a fly press? my bearing arrives on tue and i was thinking of booking the day off work to do it myself...wot u rekon?? :smash: crash, bas, bosh.....
