I work for an insurance company (More than if anyone wants to know) and there's a fix on our systems that doesn't allow us to backdate cover, If it was our error (and this is proved in our notes etc) then it is possible to do however the certificate must be done by our customer support team (admin) and if they or an insurance company gets it wrong and does backdate cover the fines are in the millions from the FSA (Financial Services Authority) who now govern all insurance.

It all depends on if the person who fills in the horty2 (its an a4 bit of paper and which is filled in and the first horty is stuck to)(the first horty is your producer). Basically the only way you will get off with it is if the lady who deals with your friend doesn't fill in the time on the form. It has happened before (yes for me). If i was your friend i'd try and get in when the stations is very busy that way the person doing it may miss it as they are so busy

To be honest with with you mate the people on here have seemed very helpful The north east guys StellaZ, Cadpaul and Mujina have all been spot on, Kirbz has helped me out with parts for a conversion apart from a flywheel which Fastorquer is getting to me, Also other guys always being around to reply to the posts i put on here such as yourself and many others. It all helps alot to be honest im just hoping to get sorted out soon mate and dont like thieving people, the car i gave to him had £1000 Fox RS10 alloys which would have paid for the conversion so im a little disappointed really.
