I wouldn't think it would help your shoulder mate, you'l probably end up using your arms to keep yourself up on some of the moves, unless you have really good balance and leg strength that is

If you watch BBC one and you see those 2 guys kicking and ducking each others move then that it. Apparently the martial art was banned due to certain laws in the country it came from so they used dance as a work around the law. I wouldn't like to catch one of their kicks though

Ive done Karate in 2 styles (black belt in both), Judo, aikido, boxing and kick boxing. I obviously used to love it :D I would deffinately say its worth doing, especialy at a young age too, and you as an adult will get fitted and more nimble ;)

After last nights trauma i get my mechanically minded friend to come round to fix the problem, i also went to buy a new Fuel pump. So he comes round, starts the car and all is fine, just like it was before the problem, so we let it run for a bit, still all is fine, we take it for a drive and again, still no problem, what the f**k, the car has a mind of its own i tell ya. But i decided to get the fuel pump changed anyway just in case. Doh :headvswal
