Yes, although i have had so many problems with the car it had never actually left me broken down until tonight, by the looks of things its fuel related, or so the AA guy seems to think. He checked the fuse box and only got a rading of 5amps :rant: He seems to think ill need a new fuel pump. Anyone know how much these are?

but the engine is an auto engine so i'd have thought that what i'd needs to get really.

If taking off the Bracket thats cracked do i need to change the gasket also? As well as that which part do i need? its an auto converted to a manual, so do i need an auto one or a manual one

Can anyone get me a part number for the oil filter tree housing/oil filter bracket Any help would be greatly appreciated as i need this asap

The warranty just says its a 3 month warranty on the email i received before i bought the engine. Then once i got the receipt and things a couple of weeks after i got the engine that said its a 90day limited warranty. And thats litterally all its says about it, not what is and isn't covered or anything, at the moment i havent said where its came from because the guy asked me not too say mate, i know that doesn't answer your question lol :headvswal

well the engine is covered under warranty so i need the exact name of the part and if possible a part number, can anyone help with this? Also i couldn't do that as i sold the old engine and although the old one was knackered i couldn't be dishonest about things and put another knackered part on that one, i know there is a few that might do that but not me, Also as previously said we can not get the part out because the engine is still in the car

its a peice of medal where the engine is leaking from. see cadpauls post on my car leaking on his dads drive and there's a picture of the bit

yes but not all of the metal stuff though which is what the leak is!

Well i bought the engine plug and play anyway but i can possibly replace everything, i done oil filter and all that stuff. Plus its a place that is not know to have problems from what i can gather

The engine was obviously drained mate so we didn't see it then but yes it was already there.

He has, he's the one that has looked to find where the leak is and things, he's always been willing to help me anytime i have asked for it but with for example the oil leak situation what should i expect him to do? drop the engine out and fix everything for free :rofl: Hope you dont think im being nasty mate, just like i said he's helped me a hell of a lot

Don't be disrespectful about him as he has been spot on mate. And its not his fault that my engine has a leak is it? no it isn't, and he helps me all the time

How long is a while? months you mean? The problem is being without a car for and length of time really. Might try to save up and buy a new car first and then break this one. What do you think it would sell for? Maybe a couple of grand

But what would i get though, just approx. or what is it that people will want to buy??
