+1!! I have used paisley twice and had problems both times! Still waiting for them to collect something booked at the beinging of this week! I understand the weather, but not even an email to say whats going on. Pacels2go email when its booked, when its been assigned to collect, when its been collected, and a reason why it hasn't been collected if a problem occures. And cheap!! Must have used them over 100 times...
