get the electrics checked and get some decent circut breaker's in there, we have just had to have all the bedsit's done and the amount of electrical appliances that the tennant's (their own gear) have had to throw out is unbelievable, the fuses never blew but the breaker's flick off immediately glad to see everyone is safe though, could have been so much worse also to add, if you have to clean it yourself's (as the insurance company's are usless) use cream cleaner's with citrus added, the citrus cut's through the soot enough to cover with paint on the ceiling tiles and bathroom suite will clean spotless, but not sure on the grout hope it get's sorted quick

shell just sorted through all our dvd's and cd's that we havent watched or listened to for year's, only about 5 dvd's the rest cd's some of which were about 14 year's old lol shell wanted to "put them in the loft", now way was i gonna do that as they would be up there till the new owner of my house (whenever that may be lol) threw them out so told her to put them on music magpie, had 5 dvd's and about 70 cd's, we got offered £40, so ive boxed them and they will pick them up on friday, better to have £40 than to put them in the loft never to be seen again lol so rake ya old cd's out and get them sent off
