i would be very carefull with personal vendetta's, we know of a landlord with an arsehole of a tennant, he was ripped off by said tennant for around £1000, it got took to court and the landlord thought (as we did) easy case, the tennant brought out the daily rent request's that the landlord produced for the rent arreas it was classed as harresment and he got fined (sued) for £15000, the guy said his life was turned upside down due to harasment for unpaid rent if a snivelling lazy lout can do this then so can a debt recovery agent

welcome to zed ownership, i have gone throug the ranks of motors, ive had but to name a few a mk3 fiesta rs1800 (genuine one), and a mk2 golf vr6 (yup mk2), i drive them like i was kng of the road, but when i got the zed it was a different kettle of fish lol take your time at first and always remeber what i was told "this car is a weapon, it can kill you and others if not treat properly", give it a few drives, it will sink in lol

you gave it mid may, you are responsible to pay may (which you will have), the notice willhave prob have to have been given at the start of a month and you are liable for that month (hence the 30 days notice), its like renting property, you give notice after you have paid a full month and then a months notice sounds like you have to pay, i would pay it, if you start getting debt agencys involved it will be very costly

also, you have the right to be annoyed, but not the right to take it out on the person on the other end of the phone, be very carefull how you speak to people on the phone as it may be recorded, and if it goes to court they may use the call to discredit your attitude

yup, i am currently chasing an ex tennant for £80 rent arreas through the courts, eventually it will get into the hands of a debt collection agency (cause he is a cocky prick who thinks he is untouchable) then the cost's will spiral a debt collection agency wouldnt touch it unless they know that you are in the wrong, so if they get involved i would imagine that you have breached the terms and conditions oh and ive also moved this to the correct forum, but dont worry, it was free of charge lol

fookin ell, thats shocking

lifted 3 settee's down 4 flight's of stairs at work today (very akward turns), got home dug my garden over, flatted it layed some plastic then shoveled 2 tons of stones from the road side into my garden im fookin aching, legs are killing, arms are killing, shoulders and back are worse lol gonna have a stella to make me feel better, on a good note, no more grass to cut lol anyone wanna join in with a drinky poo's with me :)
