done the old jump lead to god earth thing on my nova years ago lol, was £18 for new earth, cost me nowt to get me dads welder and tack the jump lead in place lol

yup, deffo block all bolt holes on intercoolers as they can leak

i asked my mate to ask o a forum lol, apperently its a common fault on mk3 fiesta's, they work loose and corrode, i just done away with the plug and hard wired it it's prob not the same as a zed, but it does sound like something may be loose somewhere

well, was i right???

my fiesta rs 1800 used to do this, it was the plug from the ignition to the wiring harness that was at fault

this is what you will end up with when the spoiler is removed p.s, dont worry, you dont have to cut your arches and remove the rear bumper aswell lol
