ive done most of the welding on my uk zed, get the front radiator support cross member checked, im currently doing mine now and it aint the most funest of jobs lol

before i get serious about selling ive got a lot to do with the zed 1. finish off fitting new crossmember 2. fit new interior carpet 3. fit new dash facia 4. fit new targa seals 5. get new chip for ecu 6. fit new frp and damper 7. oil change (engine and box) 8. clean engine bay up and clean inside and out thats it for now, hoping nothing else happens in the mean time lol

and since when in my nearly 13000 posts have i really been zed orintated in them lol, i will be here til the end lol, who knows i may get sick of the next car and get another zed, it may not even sell, who knows

it will be going up for sale once its tip top, i want an s4 avant, ourlass is almost ready for her test and im long over due for a change

once the cross member is finished i wil be rot free

no rot on imports yet, ive seen some imports that have been here a few years now and they are rotten

and it aint the uk weather, my rear sill rotted and i replaced them all, they rotted cause of the rubber targa drain pipes rotted and was leaked inside the sills hence the rust my rear footwell needed a patch putting on, this was due to the rubber targa seal leaking water into the cockpit and it corroded from inside (all repaired) im n the process of replacing my front crossmember, this is cause nissan decided to put a pipe that runs from some type of water bottle inside the crossmember and its open ended and it just leaks the water into the crossmember so its nissans rubber hoses that cause the rot, not the fookin weather:headvswal

old cross member out, got to grind it all up and fit the new one dont know why i was worrying

part has arrived, now i can see what im grinding out im gonna hopefully get the rest of my cross membeer out and get the new one in place
