been working inside today burning paint off windows and skirting, lovely and snug i was

porridge is easy these days, quick 2 mins in the micro and its done

just had a big bowl of porridge with a big spoon of nutella metled in, a nice glass of mango and fresh orange juice i fell this is enough to get me up and to work till i have my cup of coffee and a digestive biscuit whats your get me up and to work food

much better to be an outside worker than an office worker, i get sick if im working renovating a single room in the bedsits after a couple of days lol

the best thing about working in the cold is that all the numpty's from the bedsits are inside and they dont come out annoying the fook out of me, peace and quiet

i like the cold, nowt better than a fresh cold morn after a hot shower, all wrapped up in me winter woolies watching all the idiots walking about in tracksuits and trainers lol

window was put out last night, so i was up a ladder knocking putty out and reglazing a window, -5 this morn but the wind was worse lol

i would use a hole drill, you can buy large grommits from most electrical trade centres not much use but its a start

there is a few different corsadyl, some are only prescribed and are usually used by alchie's (ok for me then lol) its that stuff that make ya teeth brown, ive been using it now for months and have nice white teeth

i like to test m,yself, see how long i can swill listerine about in my mouth lol ive actually been told too much cleaning can lead to bad breath as you need good bacteria to clean????

i brush too hard aswell, bit of an ocd when it comes to brushing my teeth, listerine is harsh but i like it that way

any regular user's, i have used listerine for a long time but recently started to use corsadyl daily, but i have noticed that i forgot to get some last week and have had a week without it i cant believe how dirty my teeth have felt, i brush my teeth 3 times a day and they were still feeling terrible anyone else noticed this maybe its a mouthwash scam, you just need one more hit lol

looking great i do hate when people write in dust on cars, it scratches the paint and will need correcting, and doing it on glass scratches the glass
