anyone watch this show, its just been on (channel 4), ive seen a few of them now and its a very down to earth look at how the police deal with thing's, it has very little editing and really shows what shit the police have to put up with everyday its good to see a show that isnt bleeped or censored anyone else watch it

i hate doctors though, ive never been to one that has solved any probs ive had, always managed to sort it myself

have been feeling numb in the left of my face and my middle fingers are numb and my toes (all left side), i also have a sore neck, this has been going on for some time now, i keep feeling sick and have no energy, it seems to take me ages to get going in the morn i havent been to the docs yet and i know i shouldnt but ive looked on the tinterweb and that just scares the shite out of me, anyone ever had a feeling like this or any idea's before i go to the docs
