  1. When you replace the PTU it would be advisable to go for the series 2 PTU...These are more reliable and have a lower failure rate ;)
  2. O'dear.... I thought it was standard issue to plug the re-circs when fitting BOV's??? What should be done then to combat this if you still want to keep the BOV's? I used to run the re-circs as well as the BOV's but was told this was wrong and that I should remove them... well there on a tip somewhere now so shall I go foreging for some new ones to replace them with??? Or is the fact that I have BOV's fitted mean that It doesnt reallly make any difference now as the fueling could technically be incorrect for the first few seconds or re-application of the throttle? Ta

Stupid question from me.... When I fit my Brembos I take it I wont need to re-fit these shims as the pads are different sizes....are they only needed for the standard nissan brakes? will i get new shims with the new bigger pads or are they not required at all in the Brembos? :slap:

  15. If you go for the DBR discs then this might be interesting info for ya... DBA do not advise fitting their cross drilled discs if you intend to use the car on a track. This only applies to the dba 4000 gold series cross drilled set as far as im aware...this is from their site:- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for street use only and not for racing or track applications Here is their website so you can see for your self:- http://www.dba.com.au/dba_catalogue_2004/HTML/4000series/4000_index.htm
