I myself have felt it neccesary to even post on one or two of these threads to try and knock this on its head but they just seemed to carry on and it even encouraged them to some extent to prove their manlyness(spelling :wack: ) and some of it isnt light banter as they turned it into personal insults with no relation to the subject.(this would be fine if you actually know each other and are comfatable in doing so but to unknown people its a bit sad :xxx: ) TBH I quite like the banter about chavs and neons towards and about myself as its all very above board (and deserved..lol) but some of the newer members could feel unsettled by this if they get pounced on straight away. errrmmm..cheaper...no...lol I could cut some 5mm sheet steel and bend it but that would be copying :x: These will be made from a single piece of alloy much thicker and with a right angled shape along the strut mount to exert the force onto the strut as well as the mounting locations to reduce twisting. The pressure point in contact with the master cylinder (Stainless Steel cap) has a much wider area coverage compared to others I have seen and also has a pivioted head to ensure true allignment on the master cylinder unit for a greater load disipation. If you take a peek at the pictures at the begining of this thread you may be able to see what I mean... I will get some more pictures posted up of the right angle design I am speaking off and the pivioted head. These units (depending how tight you set them)will reduce all movement in the air servo unit and master cylinder unit ;) HTH bud :duffer:

RIGHT.... seeing as theirs a few interested in this unique brake brace I will be posting a new thread soon chaps ;) I must state and will also include in the new thread that:- I have spoken to MAC1 about this as I want this to be above board for everyones sake :) This is a non-profit making exercise although my petrol and time will be covered for in the development and testing on several Zeds before release including the cost that the cnc machinist will incur. The product is a different design/build/material/price to others currently on offer. This will be a one off for the love of Zeds and will NOT be repeated. In the new thread (which I will put a link on here for when posted) their will be a price posted including delivery along with an estimated time of manufacture. Being tested on several Zeds this will fit straight on but in the event that there is a indescrepency in fitting locations then I will happily pay return postage and modify the required adjustments at no extra cost to your selfs :dance: I would appreciate it if all those still interested could post on the new thread when posted to show there interest to the product within. I am currently seeking a price and estimated time on production and delivery from the producer and will let you all know asap :duffer: If there are any questions please feel free to ask and I will post some more pictures where needed :tongue: I hope all are happy by this as I just want to spread bLiNg and not bad feelings so Zed on Zedsters...lol :nana2:
