I've owned 3 TT's and all I can tell you about MPG is its not a lot. Fuel costs are the least of your worries, maintenance and repairs can be costly. Take your time and buy a tidy one that's been cared for and don't go for the cheap option ;)

Mike I really feel for you mate as I had the same thing happen to me last Sunday. I've not had my car for 3 months as I've been having a lot of work done so I was over the moon to get it back on Saturday and decided I'd take her out on Sunday. Went for a nice run in the sunshine and left her in Cardiff city center for just over an hour. Came back and some jealous coont had gobbed all over the passenger window and kicked the wing denting it!!!!! The anger I feel towards the low life that do this sort of thing is enormous, I'd love to cave their tiny craniums right in!!! :rant:

I think that looks alright seeing it's based on an MR2. I'd like to see the difference in size compared to the real thing though.

Hi mate that looks like a very clean Z31 you got there fella. As far as price thats gonna be tricky as all the Z32's have dropped in value and I'd guess about £1000-£1500? You may be better off trying the Z club, they may be more helpful and be able to give you better advice on that model http://www.zclub.net/ ;)

I've had a twin Apexi for a year an a half, never had any problems. I think your worrying about nothing, the car will run better because the engine can breath better ;)

Had green stuff on mine, caused loads of vibration and were felt very hard on braking. Using 'Hawk' pads now from Ztech, no vibration and brake nice and smooth.
