  1. Of course ex members should pay, It's only £15 ffs! That's bugger all. Autotrader charge £20 for one week for a basic add.
  2. I've had these discs on mine for about 3 years now with no trouble and found them to be really good. However when I first had them fitted I used green stuff pads and they were utter sh1te. When I changed the pads it made a world of difference and considering the size of the discs and the weight of the car I think they do well.
  3. Looks like its been covered with superglue and then ram raided Halfords
  4. Google is your friend
  5. You should be ok with that but as Andy said a standard clutch won't last long.
  6. I went up there about 3 years ago and all the 300's I saw were very tatty and needed work. I you want a decent ZX you've got to travel mate
  7. Mate there a some really really dumb people out there so don't be surprised.
  8. Smoking to be honest is not really a good sign. As Gary has aready said get the PCV hoses changed first as this is pretty cheap (about £100) and then take it from there. A turbo seal is more than likely the cause which involves having the engine taken out to get at them and this is pricey. Unfortunately the mileage won't have much to do with it as these are 15+year old cars and the seals are usually pretty tired by now. Another cause could be damaged rings or the ring land. What colour is the smoke?
  9. What ever in your life?
  10.    has that worked?
  11. Need to resize you pics bud, they're huge.

  13. Jimmer has asked me to post up a picture of his new project :) It's the fastest taxi in the west!
  14. A woman rented Citroen C4 in London. She drove from London to Brighton, Approx 60 miles .............. In 1st Gear !! She said 'I thought it was automatic !!! Here are photos of the bonnet and engine to accompany the insurance claim.....
  15. It's all down to the individual, for me I just use mine now and again. I couldn't justify using it everyday and spending it all that money on fuel. I'd rather run a cheap daliy driver so I can afford to have a nicer house and holidays etc.
  16. You've got your work cut out there, good luck with the project

These cars don't just fix themselves lol
  18. Try Z1 Motorsport they seem to have everything - http://www.z1motorsports.com/index.php?cPath=319
  19. The chip isn't going to give you anymore bhp but upping the boost will. You need the chip for fueling and the JD chip that I am selling is good for 400bhp. I ran 365bhp with 379lbft which is very good on standard intercoolers and injectors (& a screwed bottom end). With your new set up with the extra cooling may add a couple more ponies but I doubt it'll be noticeable.
  20. The handbrake is a momo pit stop
  21. I think they are quality, remind me a bit of the old rover P5B
  22. I'd have to cave their fooking heads in just like that roof. What a total waste of oxygen, remember the faces peeps......
  23. I have a John Dixon manual chip for sale £50. PM me if interested
  24. payback123 were you the person that smashed up his Zed then? http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=73288
