It sounds like a TIA (transient ischaemic attack) - these can be precursors to an actual stroke - consider it you body's way of telling you to take it easy! If you drink or smoke or are overweight or very stressed, then its your opportunity to change something in order to try to prevent this happening again. http://www.patient.co.uk/health/Transient-Ischaemic-Attack-(TIA).htm will give you more information - go down to the part which says symptoms of a TIA Hope you're feeling better now and that you never have another one!!
