Ive brought up 5 daughters and I believe Ive done it the right way, anything they did wrong I took responsibility for. My three big uns are now grown up and have families of their own, yes they were normal kids and did no more than any of us did as kids and even worse as adolesents, but I believe that the standards I tought them saw them in good stead as they have grown up. The problem here is not just the parents it is also the schools, but most of all it is the system that we ALL have built that allows this to happen. Beware of wishing all these bad things for the kids in question because most of you dont know how your own will turn out yet, peer power is a strong strong influence. There but for the grace and all that. I dont usually preech but what are WE goin to do about the system that alows this????
