Is there anybody on here in the West midlands with Conzult who could help me diagnose and maybe fix my missfire? I'm completley new to these cars, let alone a big V6 engine, so i dont want to start taking things appart and breaking things. I'm in coventry, and the closer the better really, only getting about 150-170 miles to a tank atm :(

I'm 21, 2 years no claims, insured with flux direct (adrian flux) for £1188 a year on a TT, only trouble is they'll only insure if you have alarm and keep it in a garage lol. Got a quote off go compare.

Yea, they charge £520 for parts + labour inc. vat The garage my car is at quoted (very roughly off the top of his head) £250 just for the clutch not including labour, if thats the case i'll get my own damn clutch haha, can get a fast road clutch on ebay for £250 lol

How much is not that expencive? lol I know Zedworld charge £520 for the work :(

Bad News!! Apparently the slave cylinder is fine, but the clutch forks arnt going into the clutch straight (or something like that lol) So still might mean a new clutch

The garage is ok, very reputable place, was recomended by a friend. Its just my luck it would go now though, already got an £800 repair bill for my old car because it needs a new rear axle :( i'm just glad i havn't got a £500+ clutch repair too! lol

I know Zedworld in tamworth charge £100-£150 for the repair if that helps

I removed the cap, full to the brim. It is the clear(ish) plastic one that looks similar to the washer fluid right?

Nothing at the pedal hot or cold appart from when the cars not running. I've booked it in to have the slave cylinder replaced so hopfully it should be sorted tomorrow

Had a look and its still full of fluid, pretty much to the top.

Which resevoir is for the clutch fluid? I'm completely new to these cars, only had it for a week lol I'm just happy as larry i dont need a new clutch!!

I cant see any fluid under the car. The clutch is fine when the car isnt running, but as soon as i start the engine the clutch pedal just goes straight to the floor :(

On my way to work today my clutch suddenly stopped working. The pedal goes straight to the floor. Does this mean the clutch has gone or its it a master cylinder or something??

I now have 4 matching wheels :D

I'm off to ZedWorld in tamworth tomorrow to get her checked out and hopfully get the missfire sorted. The engine bay needs a good clean too, she's spent the last few years on the coast so its full of sand :( Appart from that she runs spot on. Dead happy :)

Hey guys, i'm Rob from coventry. I bought my zx last week so thought i'd join up :) She a '91 UK spec 300zx Twin Turbo LWB. Completley standard at the minute, but as soon as my other car is out of the garage and sold the work can start haha Only got this pic so far.
