hi matey welcome to the forum! there are loads of guides pointing out what to look for. if you use the search bar top right it'll bring up loads of threads about this question. i'm still looking for a z32tt myself and the forum is really the only resource you need. obviously black ones are faster but i'm sure you knew that :)

thats unlucky buddy. sometimes you can get away with it. in fact a lot of US shops are in the know about this problem and can 'gift' wrap the item for you. a 'gift/present' (obviously without invoice) does not qualify for import duty or vat ;)

i cant remember exactly but its a percentage of the goods value if the goods are over a certain price. then you got vat on top of duty. bugger. :(

i know theres a thread on this but just wondered if theres an update on whats happening with membership no.'s and stickers for us newly paid ones? need the membership no. more than anything for insurance.

shipping stuff from the states will still cost a bundle even if the pound is strong due to duty taxes etc. think it was talked about on a previous thread. i spent months trying to work out a way of getting a pair of turntables from the states without getting shafted by customs. only way was one in each suitcase and fingers crossed!
