Hi Had my aircon filler valves changed on my 92 tt import and a special gas with oil for the old type compessors put in.everything was perfect for 2 days then no more ice cool air.Checked the compressor and can see the clutch is not working (wiring has been checked) 1)can i replace with the newer type commpressor (series 2 on i think ?) 2)If so is that an advantage ? and is that all i have to replace or do other parts of the system have to be changed over to match the new type compressor? thks Kurt

Oh dear here I go In my tasteful or not opinion I prefer the last reincarnation But this is only from viewing the pictures To keep a modified show car at the top of the table it needs to evolve Which is very hard to do on something that is described as perfect I take my hat off to him to attempt to make the beast even better The judges obviously thought so and they are the ones that count in the showing world We should all remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder So well done mate Look forward to next years beast :thumbup:

I second what Mental has said about Stellaz The problem about being a Mod is trying to be diplomatic impartial as poss and to see things from both sides even when (for you to be doing this you would obviously be very passionate about the site)your loyalties will always lie in one direction.When I 1st joined I got in trouble for (as I see it ) Feck all and after seeing Stellaz Sig thought no wonder he ends up getting a face like that !!! lol.I thought Feck this I wish i'd bought another Skyline this site is run by a bunch of rude tw@ts. As I love my car I have carried on and after reading a lot of posts (and the fact all is forgot and forgiven)I now realize even though i might not agree with how things sometimes are dealt with the people who have been here so long do it for the love ! and for free Without trying to tell people how to run this site this is what I feel 1)Just because we are new doesn't mean to say we are here to cause trouble 2)It might not be the 1st site we have ever been on 3)We might have a wealth of experience in other cars and clubs 4) we might well be here a long time THIS IS NOT AN ATTACK ON THE CLUB OR ANYONE IN IT Just my personal views and experience P.S After all that I must congratulate Alan on the way he conducted himself yesterday on what for the club and himself is obviously a very contentious subject:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

For a 2+2 the Zed has really good room in the back much better than my 996
