i have an intermitant problem with my speedo. as im driving(around 30/40mph) the speedo carries on to around 160/170mph and is also putting miles/kilometres on the odeometre. could this be the speed sensor if so where is it on the car? and is it easy to replace? also having probs with power steering not sure if this is related though. any help greatly apretiated cheers si

my zed was for sale aswell.

ive been was no where near as bad as last year and the sun even came about 12'oclock. by the way i was the only zed there! well there was 1 240z there aswell if that counts.

ive heard mixed reports about the weather, think im still gonna go down though cant be any worse than last year.

well as i said it was in a garage so obviously a zed lol

i should be there, hope weathers better than last year

i just got back off hols, and only saw this one, only got a brief glimpes of it i think it was blue with a high level spoiler, was on the ramps in a garage between ochos rios and runaway bay

they used to be a 200sx in my area with N1 CE N, which i think is a good one.

yep i will defo regret selling thats for sure, like i said it will be a very reluctant sale, ive had nothing but good experience with my zed always been very reliable and love it to bits, very nearly sold it a few times for financial reasons but managed to fight it off (i got my priorities right:D) , but fuel prices as they are are just making it very very hard on my wallet lol. guaranteed my next car wont turn as many heads :( just need to decide on a decent price.

I know ive tried to put my car up for sale on here twice before but bottled it, but this time its for real and im going through with it. due to the cost of fuel these days ive decided enough is enough and i have got to sell,. im gutted because to be fair in the 5 years ive owned it, its never let me down, passed every MOT, i couldnt have wished for a better car, plus it looks shit hot lol. just fitted new coilovers aswell :headvswal anyway with in the next few days there will be a very reluctant advert goin up in the for sale section. hopefully if fuel prices drop(which i very much doubt) i will gladly buy another zed, but unfortunatley for now looks like im gonna be zedless in the next few weeks. cheers si

yes i was up that end yesterday on way back from chesterfield, didnt think it was that late though lol

seem to have sorted the problem with a mixture of all your advice, gear change is much smoother and not had any trouble finding the gears. allthough 2nd popped out once on way home, not sure if that was a bit of bad drivin on my part though :smw: thanks for everyones help and advice. :duffer: cheers si

ive been out and about in sheffeld, not seen another zed though, hardly ever do.

1st and 5th sometimes pop out(but do go in) and 2nd and reverse sometimes dont engage all the way, i say sometimes as usualy if ur quite firm(witch i doubt i should have to be) they will go in ok. they do seem to be goin in a little easier a day after fitting, but still doesnt feel how it should.

Hi, just fitted a short shift gear stick, having trouble getting 2nd 5th and reverse, and 1st pops out now and again has anyone else had similar probs and if so how did you fix it? any help greatly apreciated cheers si

Thinkin about fitting a set of coilovers myself this weekend, can anyone ive me any advice, they are k-sport ones. the springs already seem to be fitted in the shock, is it just a case of whipping the old ones off, and put the new ones on? or is there more to it than that? it looks a fairly simple job, can anyone tell me of any hidden obstacles i might face. any advice apreciated. cheers si
