UK Seat belts
Hi Guys, Have just bought UK interior which has the slots for UK front seat belts. My question is will my jap spec belts off the door relocate to the UK position or did they make a different belt for the jap spec car. Cheers, Dean.

Red light & Hesitation
Hi, Thanks vijay and arundaleP and others Had a look at the coilpack connections last night, well the four I could get to anyway, and they were fine no corrosion at all. The other two are a pig to get at, looks like you have to remove the fuel rail/balance pipe. Think this is a job for over Easter. Anyway the hesitation I was getting seems to have gone but I will have to take it down the motorway to be sure. Thanks again, Dean.

Red light & Hesitation
Thanks Guys, Sorry ArundaleP already used wd40 on the connectors to the PTU, they were very green. Will see how it goes but will probably get some of that Wurth's stuff and do it again if I have too. How do you get the coil pack connectors off presuming they come off??? Cheers, Dean

Red light & Hesitation
Hi, Took a long drive down south over the weekend during which a red light on the dash came on and at the same time the car seemed to hesitate if you feathered the accelerator. If you floored it you got full boost and plenty of power. The light can only be described as a block with heat rising from it. I seem to recall that this is the cat overheat light. I have been advised that the hesitation could be unburnt fuel igniting in the cats but im no expert so who knows. Have any of you had this problem and how did you cure it. What happens when the light comes on to cause the hesitation and is it possible to disconnect it from the system. Help guys please... Dean.

Water Temperature Gauge
Hi Guys Anyone fitted an autometer mechanical water temp gauge. If so where do you fit the sender cos it has a 1/2"NPT male connector. Do I need to replace the top radiator pipe with a stainless steel pipe and have a boss welded on it or is there another place to put it. There is only 6ft of capillary tube connected to the meter and it is quite a run to get back from this position. It is also difficult to keep it away from extra heat that could affect the gauge. Any ideas  Cheers, Dean.

Jasma exhaust???
Hi Jon Jon, Got a pair on my car which were on it when I bought it. They are just back boxes rather than a complete system with hks type chrome ends. You are right they do make a deep throaty exhaust note and are not too loud inside the car either. All in all not a bad compromise. Hope this helps. Cheers, Dean.

Hi Anita, Yeah he sure did but on the way home the gearbox failed so I had to phone the AA and deliver it back to him on a flat bed. Don't worry I took your mats out before I left. How do I get them to you??? Can you collect them, meet halfway, post them etc.... Cheers, Deano.

Santa Pod!
Hi Pete, I was at Avon Park apparently the day after that Mini whipped the Countach. He was there again and the fat geezer tried to put him up against a De tomasso Panthera but it didn't happen. That Mini was pretty quick though. Always fancied having a go down the strip but never actually done it. Was at Donnigton Park yesterday at a track day that looked exciting too. Dean.

Zed's Gone
Know what you mean Anita these cars were not made to sit on the back of lorries. Nearly broke my heart when they took mine away, but it was the happiest day of my life when I got it back though. Hope you don't have to be without your's too long. Dean...
