Offset is not effected by diameter, it is only refrenced on the with. Off set is the position of the hub face from the centreline of the wheel in the vertical plane. allan

Sounds like your taco is not accurate and your hitting the rev limiter, why are you pushing that hard this will only equal ££££££££££££££, remember its 15 years old!! Stock TT rev limit is 6800. Most chips raise the limit to 7200.
