The only differance is bell housing and speed sensor. the pinnion on the na is smaller and the internal drive gear is larger, You will have to buy a new n/a speed sensor pinnion gear and fit it to your TT sensor.

Here you go, pull the pipe off the clutch booster nipple and plug it with a 8mm bolt, your clutch will be heavy, but if it is the booster thats at fault this will stop the clutch slipping. Sorry I will have to find a manual engine picture the one I have in my pics is an auto, wont be long Here you go

Thanks for the great meet today, and the kind compliments about the Zed :D I was very annoyed when the Manager of the Toby Inn that we were at came out to complain about her car park being full of cars :confused: dispite the fact that most people had either eaten or had drinks. ;) I will be writing to Interbrew about the incident (with spell checker :rofl: ) to formaly complain about the hospitality shown to paying customers. I had dinner with Slick Pete, Boldy, Manta, and respective partner. Our meal came to £40.00 and £5.00 tip for service (and we collected our food!) also we all had drinks at £2.50 each so we spent between us £55.00 in the pub. Or it could be a fault with the cluych booster, Mine was pressurising the wrong side of the servo diaphram and depressing the master cylinder, disconect the booster vac line and plug it, then see if the clutch slips

6mm by the looks of it, also you need to look at the spoke clearence as some have a radius on the back that hits the edge of the caliper.

If you look under the headlight pannel , below the air intake you will find two silicone tubes either side with bung caps. One is a take off after the intercooler( I cant remember which it is tho. you can feed the bovs off of these pipes IIRC Allan
