  1. Restore disc will wipe out anything that is not been put on the disc when you made the restore disc, I think! I have never had to use one as I always back up and then totaly rebuild the pc, as I have all the software discs for all my PCs
  2. Safe mode, shutdown and restart Dont restore with discs as you will lose all your saved items and it will go back to the restore settings you had when you made the restore disc. Unless you have too! Allan
  3. Come on 10 years later!! His ex-wife Wendy, 43, made a claim for £8 million but settled for £2 million. Mr Page, from Gloucestershire, had initially offered his ex-wife £1 million after his win. I personaly think that she should be intitled to nothing. Now as mentioned a 10 million trust fund for his daughter WOULD be in order
  4. She gets it because he was stupid enough to trust her a second time !!
  5. Thats why rich people live on the Isle of Man!!!

  9. it needs to be drilled and tapped to the helicoil size and the the helicoil inserted. You would need to buy the correct taps and drill. it could be done in situ. But its getting the swarf and the tapping fluid out of the inside of the plenum thats the important bit. Dont want any of that getting in the internals.
  10. but how many times do you drive at 178 mph ?:whistling::whistling:
  11. All the fins on the viscose are designed to increase it surface area to absorbe the tempeture from the radiator air, if you cover it will give the clutch an incorect reading and lead to overheating. Its basic function is the oposite of a heatsink Hope this helps Allan

  17. No problem, if you get your Zed running right I think you will be pleased with the way it will perform:)
  18. First of all I think you are running before you can walk. You need to get your Zed to run perfect at stock before you even think of the figs you have posted about. 350bhp is quite simple to reach without to much money spent around £1000 400bhp you will need suporting mods as well as software support £2000 500 bhp well to get this you are into serious engine rebuilds as well as suporting and serious software upgrades £4000 plus I would sugest you you get your zed performance a1 at stock level and do all the service maint if it has not been done yet. Hope this helps Allan
  19. ECU check link http://www.ttzd.com/tech/diagnostictech.html How to find a Conzolt http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=99968 Det sensor code 34 link http://www.zhome.com/ZCMnL/PICS/detonationSensor/detonationSensor.html
  20. The only way you will know if the O2 sensors are faulty is by putting the car on a conzolt, by unpluging them all you do is create the same fault as a failed sensor. When they fail the ecu works out a defalt and more than likley that is why your car smells rich. The safty boost problem is more than likely to be a det sensor fault, this can be diagnosed by doing a manual ECU check if you get code 34 thats det sensor problems. The det sensor ecu fault can be rectified by inserting a 1meg ohm resistor across the sensor plug conections. you need to do search for these problems as there are plenty of write ups concerning these faults and solutions. Hope this helps Allan
  21. You need to get it on the conzolt and check the o2 sensors, this may help your mpg if the o2 sensors have failed your consumption will be higher
  22. Yes but you forgot the clk55:tt2:
  23. Just left her boosting a 10psi and she pulled like a hooker on steriods!!!
