why do u bypass the water pipes?

i know mate it sound silly but when i brought the car i just had a look at the cap make sure it did not hav any cream in it and then thats how i noticed it and i have neva had it b4 on any car so i thought i would ask.

i just wondered if jefftt can help me i am after inner and outer cills and rear archs for me z. Do u know were i can get some from mate ? i heard ur the man thanks

i hav not had the car long mate i dont know what the pcv valves are? But the car miss fires on all cylinders i think. The revs dont drop at all but as soon as i put the cap back on and turn off the engine and restart it its ok. It runs sound apart from its a bit taperty and it needs a good service. It boost well a drives well so i am confused. Am help will be great.

any one got any ideas yet?????

can any one help? if i take of my oil cap when the engine is running the car starts misfiring but if i put the cap back on and turn off the engine and start it again its ok??????? i tried this on cov_robs car and his was ok. any ideas???

RS4 have nothing on a 300zx, it was well funny 120mph in a 50 zone but the speedo was not working in robs car, we did not mean to do 120 we thought we were doing 50mph. NOT!!!!!!! well let me know lads on the next meeting.

well i love my 4x4s i have always had them i have a disco 2 its a little minter. but the z is something else, first of all it dus not look like a 20 year old car and i always wished i had one.they look sh*t hot and they go like fu*k and they drive so well and every time i take it out every one looks at it. its getting a rare car and i neva see many of them. i also love v8's v6's and turbos. the z ticks all my boxes. there are a lot of and's in my little speech.

what kind of power could i get out of my 300 tt std if i remap chipping etc?

as anyone had this problem b4? when i start my tt i have a noise coming from the n/s front of the engine behind the wheel low down. i am not sure if its a knocking noise from the bottom end and if i rev the engine somtimes the noise stops. i have not had the car long and i know it needs a bloody good oil change as it is really dirty. also it sounds a bit taperty on the left side of the engine. the car runs mint apart from what i hav already said, any ideas??????????????:rockon:

think i might remove it and put in a lock out bar? but if i do i feel like i am removing a feature

can i remove egr without removing the plenum and other shit ???

i think i might get rid of my AIV system and the EGR valve and HICAS system as its playing up anyway. i know it clears me engine bay but dus anyone know if by removing the AIV and EGR will help and will it pass MOT ??????
