On paper the Xperia is better but i've used one and it is ok just not as good as far as usabilty is concerned. Arguements against that fact are just sour grapes or those who have never used an iPhone. Nobody screws a phone together better than apple and the new iPhone dominates everything else on the market. Not opinion, fact.

If it was already registered before you shown an interest then it was a pre-reg which means it has already had one owner (the dealer) which makes it a used car.

But what he was buying was not a new car. It was (as he put it) a 60 plate so this would have been pre-registered in the dealers name so Ford aint got a say in it

With all due respect its your fault that you placed a deposit on another car before making sure you sold your other one. Salesman was right not rude! One of my customers is in the exact same position as you (same amount too) and at the end of the day I have no sympathy at all - my job relies on me selling cars otherwise I get **** all. He wont be getting his deposit back. I kept my end of the deal whereas he went back on his, so who exactly is at fault?

A agree that the price is too high also. I paid alot less for mine and I have a SWB TT T-Bar in black. Although I cant comment on how the two compare condition wise I have a mountain of service history / reciepts with mine and I probably would still price it up to sell for less than what you are asking for yours.
