  1. dosent matter what way the ptu is mounted bud . sounds like this could well be the fault though.

  4. deffo sounds like a air leak of some sort, can you take it back to where u got the engine fitted and get them to check it over ??
  5. how hard is it , i have a s2 ptu now and the harness , is it a matter of unpluggin 1 and plugging in new one or does it involve soldering , cutting wires ect ?

  7. im changing front and rear bud , and i know its in the boot but where on the abs unit itself are the air bleeders??
  8. Just about to chuck on my R34 brembo's , fitting shouldnt be a problem but the bleeding of the brakes is that i have a question about. I have the manual that states order to bleed in then it says " front side air bleeder on the abs unit then the left side bleeder on abs unit. Where abouts are these on the abs unit and is it totally necessary ?? cheers

  15. no pic bud back at the very back of the engine bay in the middle u will see 2 metal pipes leading inside the car , This is the inlet and outlet of the matrix water flow, its the 2 rubber hoses connected , one on each pipe that went on mine.
  16. can anyone give me a valid reason as to why its impossible to down a can of coke without the bubbles feeling like they are burning ?? , i mean u can down a pint so why is a can of coke so hard ??

  18. exactly same happened to me , check the rear 2 rubber pipes that go to the heater matrix , mine split on a motorway and and steam covered the drivers side of the screen , couldnt see anything !!

  20. R34 brembos bud !! slight drilling involved but u can pick up front and rear for around £750 ish thats with pads and disks if ur lucky too !! and at least the r34's have shims with em !!
  21. just looked again , yeah seems a bit one sided , but at least helps if your after a s/m
  22. sorry bud cant make it , car now run in and going back for final mapping , and a few extra mods ;) that should finish it off nicely !!
