I have seen that black one mate around the Poole area it's an na as far as I can tell but not 100%

I maybe stupid but what is a tps and where is it

I have tried applying the throttle still nothing I think it could be my cas unit if I can get it running the first thing I will have to do is take it to zed world for them to have a look

All I can tell you is that it is at the very back near the knock sensor connection the buzzing does have something to do with the cas unit though as I disconnects the cas and it buzzed for a split second and that was it then plugged it back in and it was continues again.

Hey guys don't know if you can help but my car is having troubles again she won't fire up at all I have done a code check and it has come up with 55 when I turn the key just to the on position and you can hear a buzz in the engine bay just wanted to know if anyone knew what it was.

i have been thinking the same thing with my car as i have a feeling my auto box is on its way out. i hope it all goes well for you and i will look out for your thread on how its done haha

mine runs best on tesco momentum

if i put £15 in i get around 50 miles from it and thats in my tt i have been using tescos momentum which i find is so much better than regular unleaded

cheers guys no it has never stalled it has trouble starting in the damp at the moment but once its running its fine its just the dam rev meter is doing my head in as all i can see is this red needle bouncing around all over the place lol cheers gaz it may come in handy if thats ok?

i dont know if im the first to ask this but my rev counter is going nuts one minute it works then it does then it goes bonkers with needle darting all over the place has this happened to anyone else or is it just me lol

i have just checked my fuel filler cap as i took it off there was no pressure released

i have just done a diagnostics on both ecu's and they both come up with code 55 which is all clear if i remember correctly and the car is still not running

it is a series 1 ptu and i have fuel if i connect my fuel pump directly to my battery so im guessing the fuel pressure should be ok?

ok i have had my zed for a year now and had nothing but problems with it not running i recently just put it back on the road and after two days it has stopped running again i have cleaned all the connections changed my fuel pump changed my ecu put a new fuel filter in and still nothing i have even tried bypassing my fpcm but still it wont start it turns over but will not fire up im starting to get to the point of just not bothering with it anymore and just scrapping it i love 300s and i really dont want to scrap it as i have always wanted too own one of these cars since i was little but the one i have is just pushing me to the edge so can anyone help me at all?

im 22 i have my 1991 tt lwb and i also drive a renault megane as a daily driver

my licence is less than 10yrs i passed in 2005 and have to renew in 2013 something isnt right with that

Have tried just to disconnect the battery because from the angle of the bonnet you should be able to undo the scuttle panel and reach down to the battery and disconnect it then put it all back together and it wont even looked touched so if the thief's try and pinch it again they wont be able to start it

i have done loads of waterless washes on my car and on loads of prestige cars and it is very save as long as you use a clean cloth. i havent used that make though.

i own a uk spec pearl yellow 300 i love it to bits needs a re-spray though just to get it back to its former glory but still looks good now
