The water pump is at the front of the engine just behind the fan,the heater matrix hoses are on the back of the engine,If those hoses are tight then it could be a new matrix you need. Wide arch the only Z to have:D;)

Yes they will pay for the dammage,I know a guy that got a pair of Blitz wheels out of them for his Z,as they dammaged them with the straps:(
