Voting for Club Awards We previously announced that the awards would be done online before Billing. However, this way hasn't been the most popular method, with only two members PM'ing me with their nominations. To that end, we will be holding the voting at the event, as previous years. Voting forms will be available from Saturday lunchtime, giving members a full 24hrs to view the cars and hand in their voting forms. Members As you know, we have switched our annual summer event this year from JAE to Billing. Part of the reason was to support the Z Club in celebrating their 30th anniverssary, with a view to making the switch permanent if it's a success. Up to now, we only have 33 names down on the list, which is located in the National Events forum. Can I please ask, if any member plans to attend this event, could they please add their names to the list, with the days in which they will be present. Two reasons for this: Firstly, We need to organise food etc. and need some rough numbers. 33 is way down on previous years, so if we just cater for them and 150 turn up, we'll be right in the creek....and hungry :D Secondly, we need to agree a day and time for the AGM, so it's important we know what days members will be present. The club isn't saying members shouldn't go to both events. What we are saying is that all our efforts this year are focused on the Billing event, as we're supporting the Z Clubs 30th Anniversary, with a view to make it a permanent switch if it's a success.

We have moved our summer event this year to Billing. That is why the numbers are far lower than previous years.

There'll be a lot more than 30 at Billing Dave I know loads of members who are attending but haven't as yet put their names down.

Should get somewhere near that mate. Bird may have a point about the front end....IMHO, spend £500 on new bumper and paint and you might even push £7K Who knows!!
