  4. what you doing taking it offf when its hot the reason why i flies out is as soon as you release the pressure in the system the water boils as the pressure in the system makes the boiling point for the water higher notice all the bubbling that went on after you managed to get the cap back on ???? its the water boiling in the pipes and the engine !!!! not a good idea my friend leave well alonw when its hot unless you know for sure theres no pressure in it (squeeze the pipe ). BUT be V carefull had serious burns from a overheated rover ahh dont ya just love british cars so good and the manufacturer will never goe bust !!!!
  5. i run mine up to 1/4 on the water gauge and when my oil pressure has dropped back to 75 -80 instead of 100 + when stone cold (at idle by the way) oil pressure guage also gives u a good idea of when the oil is up to temp ie its high when the oil is cold for the obvious reasons
  6. but what wasnt nice was the 3 ft sq blamkets covering up the bits of the bloke on the bike the 206 was shortened by 3 foot at the back at rear screen height (hit by truck) but the biker didnt stand a chance not nice it probably wasnt even his fault

  20. there not a bugger to fit took me 45mins for both side piece a cake you just have to move alot to get to the valve and the right tool for those stupid clips on the hoses is always handy !!! also you need to seal the new ones in i used wurth pipe sealant as it sets where there is no air ie the threads and stays soft on the outside also its wise to get the hoses for the valves as its alot easier to run a knife down the old ones and pull them off and if your pcvs are dodgy then the restrictor in the hoses is probably partially blocked aswell
