  9. ordered a front mount couple of weeks ago its a greddy 3 core front mount but what i was wondering is will it come with a dual intake like the hks one? anyone ot one that can shed some light on this for me?
  10. lol hi mike you could ring your mate jon and hed help you get it back together for next to fck all money so you can abuse it all over again or you can shell out loadsa dosh and be as happy as i am with my engine in the front room and the misus under the empty shell for 3 years oooooh the fun hey did you know i had it 3 months then it blew its been over 2 years since you saw it last
  11. not too probable but still a case the new parts i fit seem modified so they may have adressed this situation its also common to the astras but there is no say it was this but i think highley probable it may be worth contacting vauxhall customer care as they love to KEEP customers happy so it may be worth phoning them just to put your mind at rest symtoms usually are ignition playing up either not switching properly or turning the key to start and a breif nothing then cranking or starter spinning when ignition switched to on not start but these faults are usual not all the time i hope i havent worried you too much but its something i used to see quite often hth
  12. the zafiras have got an electrical problem on them its with the ignition switch which sticks meaning its trying to crank all the time but doesnt go as far as to actually engage the starter thus burning out switch and starter and the blue wire in the multi plug on the n/s/f suspension turret location. hth
  13. sorry to hear your news mate i wouldnt wish it onanyone but as you may guess im diabetic and have been sinse birth along with the usuall upsets of diabetes my life in a sad way has been depressing to say the least (i cant even have a job driving busses) a limited licence for 3 years and alot of scarrey stories the key is not to think of it as a burden in any way its very common now and as a few peeps have said it could be worse if you ever need any help/questions just e-mail me ive seen it all now inc having a hypo in sainsburys and ripping down a display of bread see its not all bad (friggin hate sainsburys)
  14. not too mention its from my photobucket
  15. wouldve been better with the classic scoob one on it aswell and a few of those stick on ripspeed jobies
  16. its also worth trying the manufacture or shop first as they do like to keep their customers happy (especially vauxhall customer care) it may not be a million quid and a bag of jelly tots but worth trying first before the no win no fee way and i would presume a large cycle manufacturer will have a large legal department due to what their bikes are intended for so will probably come out on top which will injure a little bit of pride not just ya knee (fckig owch by the way) but just see if the shop or the manufactures will be obliged to sort something out
  17. im based in gloucester 01452 526742 have conzult etc and diff tools etc
  18. bit like me ive now supplied 2 vauxhall dealerships with z32 piston ashtrays now and too make it worse.... suprise my misus sells her soupra and gets a zed.......oh....good
  19. any good bud?
  20. soz mate was asleep lol probably water pump or another trick is too remove the aux belt 15mm spanner should do it tighten to losen if noise goes then usuall aux tensioner removal is 1 torx e40 socket hope this helps failing that book it in to a master fit garage for a vvcr any vaux garage do them and its..... fwee they might be able to tell as i cant hear it from glos lol
  21. if you need any help im a master tech at vauxhall have bben working on them for a while most common things are egr valves and rocker cover gaskets leaking can also get locking kit for belt and its not as easy as you might think its roughly the same as a zed with the white lines on the belt but then you need the timing plate to lay over the cam faces to alighn the two banks with tdc but hope it works out well for you and their marginally less comfy than zed seats imhop lol
  22. i used to work for saab and the 95 High Output Turbo is possibly the most reliable they did have a problem with 5th gear but a used one has probably been done and now they are part of GM you can get most parts from vauxhall at a little less cost than saab also they had a small problem with the oil seperator wich just needed whipping off and a larger hole drilled into it hth
  23. no now wan..... working for vauxhall again in brum now instead of glos nissan dont pay techies well come to think of it neither do vauxhall lol
  24. These mothers have done it now not only did they send me the wrong shells twice but now they say i fitted them and are refusing to credit me the money back saying i fitted them why would i fit shells that blatently wont fit and since i returned them as damaged as they arived looking like they salvaged them from the titanic just thought other nissan owners should know of this before even ringing them for parts but if you do fancy some wrong parts or titanic salvage ring Ben 01452 301001
  25. got all the info but it tells me nowt about which way round they go got ring gap valve size and angle skirt dia etc but not a dribble of orientation (cheap gits)
