yep runs quite well when it starts but if you hold it at say 2000 rpm it feels/sounds like its on 4-5 cylinders

z32 1990 tt import starts fine when cold but when she warms up she starts but wont idle but if you give it a bit of throttle she starts and runs at 2000+ revs the minuite you back it off to idle it dies if you try to catch it with a bit of throttle before it dies it bogs and drops the revs till it stops checked plugs they were very sooted and black cant find an air leak has no stored codes and good fuel pressure if i unplug the maf it wont start or do bugger all im thinking either ptu? or bad fuel? unfortunately it wont run long enough to gas myself so i really need to get it running hope someone can give me an idea

shite had one for a few hours and gave it back for a 996 the 748 is gutless when you get into say a roundabout youl be pumping it down gears like theyre free and then it takes ages to get going again out of the corner whereas the bigger dukes just pull like a train and are just as flikable as the 748 but it seems all the 748/996 etc suffer from oil into the airbox when wheelied so dont do them for long thats my opinion on them also frasiers have still got the 748 for sale i gave them back 3 years ago lol kinda gives you an idea

lol im having ramps put in at my place along with the pit and spray booth thats already there was thinking about letting it out for a weekend for you guys but starting to change my mind now BUT my advice is this if you are a competent mechanic/specialist you should have the confidence to see a job through with no f**k ups also i would recomend whoever is going to submit themselves for the watchfull eye technician of the day produces their qualifications whether it be ata accreditations city and guilds gnvq etc so you know that they are qualified.. even better idea why dont you all book a free health check at the local nissan dealers then you get your cars checked out by a specialist with lots of ramps and its free with tea and coffe for your meets lol
