  11. iff your thinking of running over 15psi on standed tubs,i/c,s and injectors then read on. after some bad detting resulting from going to 0.8mm on the tips and getting 17-18psi  i thought ide go back to 1.0mm and achieve a safe 15psi but whilst changing them over i poped out a plug and found clear evidence of detonation in the form of plug colour plus looking down the plug hole with a touch noticed the crown of the piston was clean and shiney right under the plug with carbon around the edges, thus proving the heat and severty of the flame front was starting to attack the crown by exploding the carbon off and next stage would of been meltdown  . anyway back to 14-15 but knowing the motors safe untill the workshop is built and then its on the bench for some yee-haa. dont know iff you can see much with these poxy phone pics but here ya go ;)
