Push comes to shove
i agree to a point over "tips v controller" and i would recomend controllers every time to the owners who are not as clued up on whats going on down under but then there are long time petrol heads who like myself understand every aspect of these motors and ime now enjoying my 3rd zed in about 7-8 years and had tips in every one with no probs, allso 2 decatted with no smoke and just to piss you off even more 2 have been autos with no box issues :) . dont know i must be very lucky but i certanly dont sit with my foot on the brake pumping 4000 rpm before a fast standing start as this puts extreme pressure on the t/converter and valve bodies :(

I'm In Safety Boost, Help???
dett sensor faulty resulting in car being in safety boost,it corrects each start-up but iff yours is really fvked then it will pick-up normal engine vibes and think it detting propmting the ecu to go into "safe mode" do a resister by-pass as a quick fix and see iff it cures it,iff you send me your address ile send you the correct resister

as above ^^^^^^^^^^ dont know what you paid but you would of been better buying a chipped ecu that gives you the option of upping the boost and has a de-limiter built in oh i forgot to mention i have a socketed ecu and a john dixon chip :D had someone buying it but has not come back so £100 to your door and its yours ;)
